The calculation is deterministic. The same valid inputs return the same full-precision result; rounding is applied only for display.

The exact equation, units and scope are visible beside every calculator.

Known answers, invalid inputs and boundary cases are checked automatically before release.

Each method has a stable identifier and semantic version so a result can be reproduced.

Automated validation and independent engineering review are reported separately. Pending review is never hidden.

Independent calculation: Generated from a displayed equation and user input.
Dimvo planning profile: Independently authored starter data, visibly labelled and kept provisional until external review.
User supplied: A limit, property or statistic entered by the engineer.
Standards reference: A bounded implementation with named edition, source implementation, licence, supported range, tests and visible review state. It is not an official standards publication.
Shop proven: A capability supported by recorded machine, process and measurement evidence.
Unknown: No reliable source or evidence; not used as a numeric default.
