Terms and engineering notice

By using Dimvo, you agree to use the calculators and guides as engineering support rather than as a substitute for the controlled drawing, contract, authorized standard, machine limits, process validation or professional judgement.

Check critical decisions

Verify safety-critical, regulated and contractual results independently before manufacture, assembly or acceptance. Real processes can be affected by material, geometry, tool, machine, environment, measurement uncertainty and assumptions not represented by a calculator.

Standards references

A reference to a standard describes its status or a documented implementation. It is not a claim of certification, endorsement or general compliance. Where a bounded standards reference is available, the supported range, method version and source class are shown.

No warranty

Dimvo is provided on an as-available basis. Results may contain errors or may not represent the conditions of a particular job. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dimvo does not warrant that the website or a result is complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a specific purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content or use the website to make unsafe activity appear validated. Do not present a Dimvo result as official certification or as the text of a standards publication.

Feedback

Reproducible calculation issues are welcome at hello@dimvo.eu. Include non-confidential inputs, the expected result and the source used for comparison.
